About Loft 40

Loft 40 has over 4,000 square feet of space available to rent. It it best known as The American Tin Can Company's home since the 1930's. It has been completely renovated by our team, while keeping the charm of the original design in mind.

The first floor entrance leads into a 2,500 square foot open space perfect for celebrating, gathering, and enjoying. The first floor has access to a secluded backyard that feels like an urban oasis only minutes from downtown Cleveland.

The second floor is where the magic happens. As soon as you step into the space your senses are awakened and the possibilities of the venue become a reality. Tall ceilings, original wood floor, ample exposed brick, and beautiful, natural light, invite you to celebrate both past and present.
